Officials stated that 450 drones and several dozen missiles attacked Ukraine's energy infrastructure, characterizing such attacks as "premeditated" and against "everything that sustains normal life" as winter approaches.

Government representatives said Moscow was "conducting extensive attacks" and maintenance teams were laboring to repair systems.

Regional authorities said the urban area came under heavy assaults during nighttime hours. A young boy died and several individuals were hurt.

The strikes follow evenings of bombing campaigns in the territory, portions of which remain under the control of invading troops.

The entire country is in a state of readiness for advanced weapon attacks, which are more difficult to detect.

Government officials told journalists that Russia was intentionally trying to destroy the electrical infrastructure, with attacks already disrupting fuel infrastructure.

Authorities confirmed utility staff and government agencies were anticipating further attacks.
